This email can be turned off on a per-user basis by visiting the Subscriptions button on your home page. If need be, you can re-send this e-mail by choosing which reports you want e-mailed to be emailed again, click "resend" on the bottom of the page, and the 'hearing report available' e-mail will be resent accordingly.
There is an option to CC the emails to an additional email list, usually a distribution list. This is configured within from the Application button on your home page. Look for "additional distribution email".

If you are utilizing our transfer service, a CSV file with your hearing report data will be placed in in your outgoing folder every 15 minutes. Attachments for any hearings are placed in ZIP files with the hearing locator as the filename. You are free to manage this directory by deleting files you have already fetched. Hearing reports can also be delivered in a pipe-delimited format.
