If you are going to be late, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via phone at 800-910-1492 and let us know the circumstances.  If you are calling outside of normal business hours and not able to connect with a Docketly team member, you must submit an urgent support ticket.  This allows us to reach out to the client and attempt to see what actions can be taken to save the appearance.

If we are not made aware of your tardiness, if it becomes a trend, or if there is a negative outcome for the client due to the tardiness, the below listed actions can and will be taken:.

  • An up to 30-day suspension and zero fees paid paid. 

  • An up to 60-day suspension and no payment. 

  • Removal and termination from the Docketly network.
