You can, and should, update your information as needed.
To update your Profile, click the grey "Profile" button in the black toolbar at the top of your screen.
Your Profile contains: A profile picture (it's always nice to put a face to a name), phone and email contact information, the ability to change your password, as well as allow you to email-in your hearing result attachments.
***If you make any changes to your profile, be sure to click the red "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.***
To update the information on the original application that you submitted to Docketly, click on the "Application" button located in the left hand column of your home screen.
Your Application contains: Your company information (name and address), Primary contact information, Emergency/After-hours contact information, Payment information (i.e. who and where to send your check to), References, States you are licensed to practice in, Experience and familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Geographic availability, and Malpractice Insurance information.
Important! Your payment address is based on your W-9. You may edit that address by going to the Taxes button along the left column of black buttons on your home page.
