You may have more than just one person managing your appearances and would like those users to receive notifications for the appearances they create and maybe have one person receive all notifications of all appearances.

You are able to set up hearing notifications by the user by state, so if you want to see all the appearances created by someone in your office in Colorado, California, and Arizona, you can set it up so you get notifications also on those states.

Setup by Master User

The enabling of this function can only be done by the Master User on your account for security purposes.

The master user can edit any user in their organization by going to the blue Users button on their home page, then find the user, and click edit on that user.

Check the box that says Notification For All Hearings.  This will enable the user to receive emails on hearings outside of their control.

The configuration of which hearings to see can be done by the Master User on that page or it can be left up to the user themselves to change.

  • But Only For These Services - Allows the user to choose which services (or hearing types) they want to subscribe to.  Maybe they only handle Collections but not Foreclosure.
  • But Only In These States - Allows the user to choose which states they want to subscribe to.  Maybe they only handle Florida, but not Georgia.

Further Configuration by Delegate Users

...

A master user is the only person who can choose and control their own notifications at account creation.

They are responsible for whether or not they wish to allow their delegate users to have that access.  If they do not want their delegate user(s) to be able to control the notifications they receive, they can set the account up that way as well.

Notifications are set up and edited within the "Preferences" section of any user account.  It is set up to allow you to select whether you would like to receive email or text notifications and for which services or states.  A master user can set up their own user notifications to whatever settings they would prefer, or, they can set up specific delegate users to receive specific notifications.  For example: you can allow one delegate user to receive notifications for specific services in specific states, but, another to receive all notifications for a single state.

To Edit User Notifications:

  1. From the home screen, click the blue "Users" button on the left hand side.

  2. This will take you to the Users page for your account.  You will now see your User information as well as that of your  Delegate Users.

    • Be sure you have put a check mark next to "Include Disabled" to be able to view both enabled and disabled users.
