You can, and should, update your information as needed. There are three main locations that contain different information you may update with ease. 

We highly recommend you keep everything as current as possible.

Profile

To update your Profile, click the drop down arrow next to your profile photo at the top right of your homepage.

Your Profile contains: A profile picture (it's always nice to put a face to a name), phone and email contact information, the ability to change your password, as well as allow you to email-in your hearing result attachments.

 Application

To update the information on the original application that you submitted to Docketly, click on the "Application" button located in the left hand column of your home screen.

Your Application contains: Your Through your profile you will have the ability to change or update:

  • Your profile picture

  • Phone and email contact information

  • Your Docketly password

Important! Your payment address is based on your W-9. You may edit that address (or other payment and tax information) by going to the Taxes button along the left column of black buttons on your home page.
