You can, and should, update your information as needed. There are three locations that contain different information you may update.
Profile
To update your Profile, click the drop down arrow next to your profile photo at the top right of your homepage.
Your Profile contains: A profile picture (it's always nice to put a face to a name), phone and email contact information, the ability to change your password, as well as allow you to email-in your hearing result attachments.
***If you make any changes to your profile, be sure to click the orange "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.***
Application
To update the information on the original application that you submitted to Docketly, click on the "Application" button located in the left hand column of your home screen.
Your Application contains: Your company information (name and address), Primary contact information, Emergency/After-hours contact information, Payment information (i.e. who and where to send your check to), References, States you are licensed to practice in, Experience and familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). County availability (counties you want to be notified about new hearings in), and Malpractice Insurance information.

Payments
Important! Your payment address is based on your W-9. You may edit that address (or other payment and tax information) by going to the Taxes button along the left column of black buttons on your home page.
