User Profile

We often need to reach you while getting your hearings covered. Sometimes it's urgent, so please make sure you provide and update your contact information in your client/user profile. It's easy!

There are two places where you may update your information:

1. Your Profile

Click on the small arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the page. You will see a short drop-down menu. The Profile link is right on top.

This is where you may change your password (note: it's a good idea to do this on a regular basis).

2. Your Application

You will find the link to your application when you click on the grey More button at the bottom of the right side menu.

This is an important area where you update your primary contact, after-hours emergency contact, and billing contact. Please add extension numbers if applicable.
