Billing

Your designated billing contact will receive an invoice via e-mail at the beginning of each billing cycle. We will bill you twice a month. Billing terms are Net 30.  Some clients will receive invoices for each hearing.  Those are usually received within 24 hours of the hearing report being filed.

The invoice will detail each hearing with Docketly's hearing locator, your file number, and the corresponding county and state in which the hearing took place.

Invoices are archived on the website.  They can be found from your home page via the green Invoices button on the left-hand side, under Financial.

Payment Methods

By Mail: You may write a check payable to Docketly and mail it to 1960 Ken Pratt Blvd, Ste D, Longmont, CO 80501.

By Credit Card: You may also pay by credit card.  Check the invoices to be paid, and click the "Pay" link.  This will take you to a credit card payment screen where you can enter your information.

By Bank Account Transfer: You can also pay your invoice with your bank account.  Click on the Wallet button (left column of green buttons under FINANCIAL on your home page).

Click on Add Bank.

Fill in the account routing number and account number, select the account type, add the account holder name, and click Submit

Docketly will deposit two separate amounts to your bank account within 3 to 5 days.  Once these deposits have posted, you will need to verify your bank account before using this as a payment method. Click on Verify to complete your bank account setup and add the two deposits.  

Please note that for the bank accounts, you will not be able to enable autopay until the account has been verified.

Details

Sometimes there are questions on an invoice.  This screen provides a "Hearing Detail" link for each invoice.  It will present you with a list of all hearings from the invoice.  The entries are clickable so you can drill down into the individual hearing and check the result.

Export CSV

Customers may need to receive a spreadsheet with the billing details.  The invoice screen also provides an "Export CSV" link which will generate a comma-separated values file with the billing information.  This file can easily be imported to a spreadsheet program, like Microsoft Excel, for further analysis.

AUTOPAY CUSTOMER ID 

Customers may need our Customer ID in order to add autopay to their bank. The Customer ID can be found at the link below.
