Master User
The "Master User" is the original person to submit and create an account with Docketly. In most cases, a master and delegate of the account can do the same things.
However, only the master user can do the following tasks:
View the list of sub-users/delegates and add/edit them. Manager level users can also perform this task. (To learn more about this, read: Adding a New User to a Client Account)
Edit the application.
Choose and control if notifications will go to all your sub-users/delegates or just the one responsible for the action. Manager level users can also perform this task. (To learn more about this, read: Client Daily Digest)
