Creating an In-House Attorney Hearing/Appearance

Once the attorney account is associated with your law firm/client account, you can create in-house hearings and assign them to your various attorneys.

Step 1: Login to your account and click the "Add Hearing" button.

Step 2: Fill out all pertinent hearing information. When you come to the bottom of the Hearing Edit Page you will have the option to use your In-House Attorney, as well as select which In-House Attorney will be covering this court hearing.

Step 3: Select the covering attorney. You will notice that the pricing below will change from $0.00 to $1.00.

Step 4: Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the Hearing Edit Page to save your hearing information.

You have now successfully created an In-House Attorney appearance. You will now be on the Hearing View Page. Please upload all necessary documents for this hearing so that your attorney will now have access to it from anywhere using his or her mobile device.
