Minimum Pricing

How it works:

  • We track the time it takes to fill every coverage request. Using that information, we are able to determine the average coverage time for every county or parish (and some tribal courts). We call that our MTTC (Mean Time To Cover).

  • We also track the average cost for every geographic area, whether or not it takes an extended amount of time to cover a hearing request.

  • Using the above two variables, we've developed an algorithm that will set minimum and maximum pricing for each location and hearing/service type.

  • You can estimate the price for any hearing by going to your green Pricing button found under "Financial" on the left side of your homepage. Enter the # of hearings, hearing type, state, and county and it will calculate the price for you.

What this means is that you may see different pricing depending on the assignment type and location. This will help us ensure that you receive timely coverage by experienced attorneys and will lower the number of phone calls/emails you get from us requesting a price increase.

Things to remember:

  1. The price you see when filling out the coverage request form will be the maximum cost to your firm;

  2. Bundle Discounts will still apply;

  3. SuperBundle (cross-client) Discounts will still apply;

  4. Our system will continuously monitor minimum pricing to ensure validity and low costs; and

  5. Our staff will act promptly to any future changes and adjust to current market conditions.
