Whitelist

Some organizations have enhanced security which doesn't allow their employees to access some websites and receive emails from some sources.

Email

Docketly sends a lot of emails and some security services think we are spammers because of it.  So you should whitelist the email domains that we send from in order to be sure to get all the emails we send to you.  The following are the domains that we may send you emails from:

• @docketly.com

• @docketly.intercom-mail.com

Website

Our website is accessible from docketly.com. But like most websites, we use a variety of other subdomains to provide our service efficiently.  Here is a list of domains that we may serve content on.

• docketly.com

• handbook.docketly.com

• cdn.docketly.com

If your whitelist supports wildcards, you would be best to just whitelist docketly.com and *.docketly.com for any future uses.

Support Chat

Docketly uses a support chat program called Intercom our website.  We will defer to Intercom's reference on their whitelist in order to allow their service.
