We have introduced an additional integration for our clients who use ABC Legal for their service of process. This new feature creates and attaches a new document known as an “Evidence Chain” to the client’s hearings where available. This document shows a full record of service attempts and completion including pictures, location tagging, and property records. This document is fetched automatically directly from ABC Legal and pulls a PDF document that is then attached to the hearing. Should the automatic attachment method fail the document can also be manually pulled from the “Actions” menu on the hearing page by selecting “EvidenceChain”.

This feature is enabled be default for all clients on both ABC and Docketly’s site however, should you wish to disable this integration simply reach out to your designated Client Success Manager and they can remove the functionality.
