Verification of Good Standing
All Network Attorneys are initially verified that they are in good standing with their various licensing authorities before their application is approved by using publicly available information, which for the most part, is completed by inputting their name and bar number with their state bar association and/or state supreme court.
After their initial good standing check is done as part of the application approval process, all network attorneys are encouraged to upload copies of their various bar cards and/or certificates of good standing to their attorney compliance account, which is accessible by our posting law firms 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
Finally, our system will automatically pull their license information every 30 days to ensure compliance with our Good Standing Policy. A Docketly staff member or automated process will review and verify this information.
