• Firm Name;

• Mailing Address;

• Office Phone;

• Home Phone;

• Mobile Phone;

• Fax Number;

• License Jurisdictions;

• Attorney Bar Numbers;

• Three References;

• Years of Active Practice;

• Legal Areas of Expertise;

• General Experience in Narrative Form;

• FDCPA Knowledge; and

• Insurance Coverage.

However, their completion of the Network Attorney Application does not guarantee their approval to cover hearings for Docketly or its clients. Further, even the approval of their application does not guarantee a specific attorney with opportunities to cover hearings for Docketly or its clients.
