Clone a Hearing

There are instances when you need to recreate a hearing that was canceled or is nearly the same as a previous one.
We created a "Clone Hearing" option to save you time.
Go to the hearing you want to clone and click the Actions button. This will open a menu of options. Choose "Clone Hearing".
After you click the "Clone Hearing", you will see a pop-up with a warning message:
Are you sure you want to clone this hearing? If so, this hearing's information and attachments will be copied into a new hearing request.
You will just need to set the hearing type and date to schedule!
Click OK and you will be taken to the hearing edit page.
Make sure to change the file number and date (and any other relevant information that may be different) to the new version. After that, click the orange "Save" button.
Congratulations, you cloned a hearing!
