Bundling Hearings (Bundles)

Bundling Hearings (Bundles)

A Bundle is a grouping of two or more hearings that occur on the same date, time, and location (within the same 60 minutes). Bundling hearings reduces your cost (See Discounts).

Please note: Bundles have to be published to be eligible for coverage. Scroll to the bottom of this page for details on publishing a bundle.

Creating a Bundle

Click the white  "Add Bundle" link located on the left-hand menu of your screen.

You will now be on the " Bundle" page.  Fill the fields. Required information is marked with a red asterisk. Once you have entered the information, click the orange "Save" button at the bottom of the grey widget.

You will be taken to the "Client Bundle View Page". You can now add the hearings by clicking the orange "Add Hearing" button located in the upper left corner.

Once you have filled out the required information for the first hearing you may click the orange "Save" button or the blue "Save & New" button. If you click the blue button another hearing form will appear to be filled out.

When you have finished entering your last hearing for the bundle, click the orange "Save" button and you will automatically be taken to the "Hearing View Page." Here you can add attachments for this particular hearing by clicking the underlined "Attachments" heading or click the blue "Bundle" to return to your "Client Bundle View Page".

Publishing a Bundle

When you are done filling in the information for your last hearing in the bundle, you can click on "Save & Publish." This will automatically publish the bundle and allow you to start adding attachments. Don't worry - you can always add more hearings to the bundle as long as it isn't yet covered by an attorney. In that scenario - we will always ask the attorney if he/she wants the additional hearing(s). If so, then the hearings will be automatically added to the bundle.

To have your bundle posted to our website and available for selection by one of our network attorneys, click the blue "Save & Publish Bundle" button at the bottom of the page.

You can also publish the bundle from the Bundle page.

PUBLISH BUTTON ON BUNDLE PAGE

If you see the "Publish" button on the bundle page, it means the bundle hasn't been published yet. Please click the "Publish" button to send your bundle to coverage.

Notifications have now gone out to all of our network attorneys that your hearings are available to cover and Docketly is monitoring and working the phones to ensure you get coverage.

Please note that certain hearing types are ineligible for bundling, e.g. Contested Bench Trials

Additionally, please note that some counties and courts have a limit in regard to the number of hearings an attorney may cover. Lake County in Florida only allows 10 hearings per session. As such, your bundle can at most be 10 hearings for that county.
