Mark Read

Mark Read

The "Mark Read" feature works similarly to marking emails as "read" or "unread." It allows you to track which hearing reports you have reviewed and which are still pending action. This feature is optional and intended to align with your workflow preferences.

How to Mark a Report as Read

  1. Navigate to the report overview page for the hearing you wish to mark.

  2. Locate the "Mark Read" button and click it.

    • If the button is not visible, the report has already been marked as read.

By requiring manual action, this feature ensures that reports are only marked as read when you intend to do so.

If the button does not appear on the page, the report is already marked as read.

Viewing Reports in List View

  • Reports can be displayed in a list view, where visual indicators show whether each report has been read or remains unread.

Catching Up on Mark Read
