As a valued user of Docketly, you have access to our comprehensive "Analytics" section, which is accessible by clicking the orange button located on the left side of the interface. This feature empowers you with insights and data-driven analysis, facilitating informed decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency within your firm.
Volume & Price
The volume shows the number of hearings (not canceled) and the average price. If the month is past, the volume will be based on billed.
The pie charts in this section provide a visual breakdown of outcomes categorized as "Outcomes Your Firm" versus "Outcomes All Firms," offering valuable comparative insights.
These outcomes are categorized into three main classifications: Positive, Neutral, and Negative.
Positive: Indicates favorable hearing outcomes.
Neutral: Represents hearings with neither strongly positive nor negative implications.
Negative: Highlights hearings with unfavorable outcomes.
To delve deeper into any outcome section, click on the respective segment, and you will be seamlessly redirected to the files associated with that outcome.
Code-Based Analysis: In addition to outcome-based analysis, our Analytics section further breaks down data by outcome and divides it by code. This segmentation offers a more nuanced perspective, enabling you to identify patterns and trends within specific categories.
