Reporting Adverse Outcomes

Reporting Adverse Outcomes

In each hearing report, attorneys are asked if there was an adverse outcome to the hearing.

For Docketly reporting purposes, the term “adverse” means:

  • Sanctions are issued

  • The case is dismissed with prejudice

  • A judgment is entered in favor of the defendant

  • A judgment is entered against the plaintiff

  • The desired outcome was not reached, and the result differed from the client’s request.

Report Issues add a sense of urgency. Anytime a report indicates an issue, this report is sent to the firm immediately upon publication via email with "Report Issue: Type of issue" in the subject line. We also send daily reports noting report issues.

Report issues are:

  • Debt Disputed: Balance Dispute, Credit Bureau Dispute, Generic, Merchant, Validation of Debt Dispute

  • Fraud Claimed: Identity Theft, Transactional Fraud

  • Hardship Claimed: Incapacity, Incarceration, Incompetence, Major Medical Issue, Natural Disaster, Social Security, Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income
