Urgent

If a report has an action that needs to be taken in a short timeframe, the report may be marked as urgent by our staff or the attorney. Urgent reports come via email but with a slightly different subject and priority in order to get your attention.

Urgent reports will also show up when you log in on your homepage. If you prefer not to be interrupted on your homepage by urgent reports, you may disable this option by clicking on your profile (Your name & picture in the upper right) and then unchecking on "Show Urgent Reports".
