If you are also an ABC Legal (our parent company) customer, we can auto-create your hearings from the filing data.
How Does It Work?
In some states (for example, Florida), the complaint and/or proof have a hearing date on them, which ABC Legal scrubs and provides via a data field.
We pull at night for everything ABC filed yesterday/in the last 24 hours.
If authorized, Docketly can read this data and automatically create the hearings for you two weeks before the hearing dates.
Auto-Updating Service Information - ABC will update the service status on hearings automatically. The document will be added to the hearing.

You can view all filing data by visiting the Filings button on your home page or going directly to:

List view and calendar view are two ways to view this page.
When you are in the calendar view, your filings will appear in different colors.
When this is turned on, and you have transfer format enabled, you will receive a file (TRANSFER_HEARING_CREATE_SUCCESS) to your FTP that will show the "source" as Filing.
