If you are also an ABC Legal (our parent company) customer, we are able to automatically update your future hearings with service information.

How Does It Work?

If authorized, ABC Legal will provide a data stream to Docketly on a nightly basis for all the serves processed that day.  Docketly's system will go through your future hearings looking for matches.  Any matches found will be updated with:

  • Yes/no field on the hearing indicate if it was served

  • Date of service

Use Cases

Florida

Many judges require a certain ratio of appearance counsel to debtors.  Knowing who was served in advance allows us to better predict the number of debtors who may be present so we can send the adequate number of appearance counsel.

Tennessee

First appearances that are non-served do not need appearances.  Docketly works to cancel these appearances once non-service information is received.
