When transfers are set up, you will have access to your report attachments via the Secure File Transport Protocol (SFTP) server. Attachments will be put into the "outgoing" folder just as the report CSV files are.
Default Naming Convention
Docketly will create a ZIP file named after the hearing locator, such as ABC123.zip.
The ZIP file will contain all the report attachments with their original file names as uploaded by the attorney to our website.
An additional PDF will be in the ZIP file named after the locator, such as ABC123.pdf. This will be a nicely formatted hearing report that you may choose to use in your workflow.
You will likely need to do a mapping from our locator to your file number in order
Customization
Docketly will work with you to customize your report attachments if needed. Some customers prefer a file name or other internal codes prefixed to the file name. Contact us for more information.
Docketly can also leave report attachments uncompressed in the outgoing folder.
