Enhanced CSV Capabilities
Our clients can choose to receive their hearing export data as and Enhanced CSV, which can return data on the entire hearings lifecycle from hearing posting and creation, to hearing coverage, hearing cancellation (success or fail), and hearing report publish. Attached below is a file containing all data points that can be returned for each stage as well as each file’s location in the SFTP and naming convention. Using enhanced CSV can be extremely beneficial to clients who are trying to minimize manual work and remain within their own case management software as much as possible.
One example use case is for clients who use QLaw but want to also create hearings from reports or make use of the ABC+D integration to create hearings from filings in addition to directly from QLaw. By ingesting SOURCE data from the hearing create enhanced CSV report those hearings can be tagged in their system as having been created to eliminate the chance of redundant work from the client’s hearing posting team.
